The Service is owned and operated by Power Link Electronic Equipment Rental LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("UAE", license number 1208868), which holds all intellectual property rights to the App, Web-site, and related technologies.

For operations in the United Kingdom, the Service is managed by Fast Charger Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales with company number 16176030, which is responsible for local service provision, payment processing, and compliance with UK regulations.

This Privacy Policy and all policies and additional terms (if applicable) posted on the Web-site set out the terms on which we offer you access to and use of our Web-site, Mobile application, Charging stations & Portable Power Banks (collectively, the "Service"). The Company may update this Policy by posting it on the Web-site. The User is recommended to check the Web-site regularly to ensure she/he is familiar with any changes to this Policy.

References in this Privacy Policy to "User", "you" or similar are references to you as an individual or legal entity as the case may be.

The Company is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy provides you with information about what personal data we collect, how we use that personal data, disclosures of your personal data to third parties, and the legal bases on which we rely to process your personal data.

It is important that Users keep their personal data up-to-date & correct.

1.2. Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data at any time. To do so, the User must contact customer support via the mobile app or email (support@fastcharger.app). The Company will process such requests in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies (Apple App Store and Google Play).

1.3. If the User creates an account using a third-party authentication tool (such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In), only the necessary authentication data will be processed. The Company will not access or store additional information from third-party accounts without explicit consent.

2. HOW AND WHY IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED?

2.1. The data that User provides to the Company directly is required in order for the app to function properly. Without such data, you would be unable to place an order, proceed with the payment or use other functionalities.

2.2. Data generated when you interact with the apps, received from the authentication tool used by you in apps provided by our partners, or received from our marketing agencies are used to achieve a legitimate interest while respecting your rights.

2.3. We may request your consent to use data to arrange your participation in marketing contests or any other activities.

In any case, you will be informed of the data collected and the purpose of the data collection. You will be able to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

You can refuse to provide such consent and it will not affect your ability to use our apps.

2.4. In exceptional cases, such as a medical emergency or pandemic, we may process your data for reasons of substantial public interest, to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of a third party, or for reasons of public interest in the area of public health.

2.5. We process your data until the purpose for processing them is achieved. We can continue processing your data if such processing is required by law or necessary to protect our rights and interests, as well as the rights and interests of third parties.

For example, order-related data are stored for the relevant limitation period.

2.6. Phone conversations with our customer support team are recorded if they are made through the apps or contact details indicated in the apps or Charging stations & Power Banks.

The recordings could be used in the context of disputes and legal claims, as well as to control the quality of the service provided.

Recordings are kept for 30 days. They are available only to our authorized personnel.

2.7. The Company may share User's personal information with third parties who provide services to the Company, such as customer support, financial operations, web-site hosting, email delivery, analytics services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase), payment processors (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe), and fraud prevention providers.

2.8. The Company ensures that all third-party service providers comply with the necessary data protection standards, including the use of encryption and other security measures to protect User data.

2.9. Users under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Service without parental consent, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and UK Data Protection Act 2018. If the Company discovers that a User under 16 has provided personal data without parental consent, the account and associated data will be deleted.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

3.1. The Company implements industry-standard security measures to protect personal data and secure storage protocols. Despite these measures, the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the internet.

4. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLIANCE

4.1. This Privacy Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK Data Protection Act 2018, and the requirements of Apple App Store and Google Play.

4.2. Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if they believe their data protection rights have been violated.
